Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day Parade is&nbsp;a free parade that takes place on Magazine Street and St. Charles Avenue. The parade features marchers and riders throwing green beads, doubloons, onions, potatoes, cabbage, and carrots and begins on the corner of Felicity and Magazine streets around 1 p.m.

Lower Garden District Walking Tour

Stroll through one of New Orleans’ most charming neighborhoods, filled with historic homes, tree-lined streets, and local cafés. Explore on your own or join a guided walking tour to learn about the area’s architecture and history.

Swamp Tour

For a classic Louisiana experience, take a swamp tour with Cajun Encounters. You’ll glide through the Honey Island Swamp on a guided boat ride, spotting alligators, wild boar, and egrets along the way. Tours depart about 40 minutes outside New Orleans, with hotel pickup available from downtown. Ride the St. Charles Streetcar
